Craig is an energetic and motivating Personal Trainer from Australia. He prides himself on creating the right program for each individual, combining Mainstream Western techniques with more alternative methods, such as yoga, martial arts, breathing techniques, nutritional advice and meditation. This will enable your body and mind, to reap the benefits of training to the fullest. Your training will be fun yet challenging and always evolving as you do. Craig will train with you at home, or outside, (elements permitting) where you will train in confidence, set and meet your goals, as well as feel and see the positive changes for yourself.
I had been looking for an instructor and Michael put me in touch with Craig. We started with yoga and than Craig suggested to concentrate on Tai Chi. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in this subject and showing me the defence techniques and exercises for strength and health. I have been doing Tai Chi with him for three and a half years and love every single minute of it. It’s challenging, but I never feel like I’m actually working out. Craig is very patient and I never feel awkward for my failures. I am grateful for his patience and for introducing me to Tai Chi and its benefits.
