Qualifications: REPS Level 3 personal trainer, REPS Full public liability insurance. Kettlebells, Viprs, TRX, pre and postnatal, postural correction, nutrition, spin and foam rolling.
Information: Hi my name is Sarah and I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. My journey into fitness started after my own struggles with fitness, weight and motivation. After signing up for a triathlon I discovered a thirst for knowledge and a desire to understand my body. I believe fitness should be fun, enjoyable and never a chore. Laughter is a powerful medicine and helps you achieve your goals both physically and mentally. In this time of world wide challenges and increasing acceptance of mental health pressures I have personally seen how much impact exercise and laughter can have on a person’s state of mind and desire to succeed.
