Information:I have a background in teaching and have played rugby at international youth level. As a health and fitness professional my aim is to help you achieve your goals whether they be weight loss, toning up, increasing performance, getting more confident or maybe just a little more healthy. I work together with people of all ages and abilities to build a personalized plan to suit their fitness needs.
When I started training with Tom I weighed 19st 10lbs, was obese and not very happy. Four months later and I’ve lost over 3st, am out of the danger zone and feel inspired. I will take credit for all of the hard graft, but I couldn’t have done it without Tom’s motivation, guidance and support. Tom isn’t one of those shouty sergeant major types (we wouldn’t have lasted if he had been). Instead he encourages and pushes you with positive reinforcement and aspirational goal-setting.
