Information:Alice is a highly qualified personal trainer and passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing. She creates exercise programmes, along side offering nutritional advice, to meet your specific goals whether that be to lose weight, improve posture, reduce anxiety, get stronger, cope with a stressful job or simply have fun while exercising. She is also pre and post natal qualified and is used to incorporating babies and young children in to work outs. Alice enjoys pushing her clients to the edge, not over it or by barking orders, but by encouraging and supporting them. As well as all this Alice is known for ensuring good technique and form.

Further Information:We are realistic about what real women want to look like. And how they want to feel and know how to help you achieve that. So, whether you are a complete beginner or someone who is keen to take their training that one step further, we can help you. And we will have some fun while we do it. I have been working with women for 6 years now and in pre-natal/post-natal exercise for five. Womens’ fitness, health, nutrition and weight management is something I feel passionately about.
