Qualifications:BSc (hons) Biochemistry, REPS Level 3 Personal trainer, REPS Level 3 – Nutrition and weight management adviser, Core Training, Circuit Training, Kettlebell Trainer, REPS Level 2 – Gym Instructor, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer – (CF-L1).
Information: I’m Nick and I would love to help you towards your fitness goals however diverse they might be. All sessions are at a time and place to suit you and I will be your personal resource on health and fitness while providing advice, motivation and encouragement in and out of sessions and am contactable 24/7. I am also a Crossfit Athlete, I enjoy playing and participating in various other sports such as squash and climbing.
