Information
James has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and has been involved in Muay Thai for over 10 years, his true passion. All the while, he shares his knowledge and love for fitness, nutrition, and Muay Thai. This gives him the privilege of training hundreds of people of all ages from all walks of life, including celebrities, towards very different personal goals, from massive weight loss to completing marathons to competing in white-collar boxing and amateur and professional Muay Thai bouts.
He is ranked one of the top fighters in the UK in his weight division; James has fought current and former world, European and British champions. He regularly flies to Thailand to learn, train and fight with the best. On one of his trips, he spent 14 months training at four different gyms across Thailand, competed in several fights and defeated a former Thailand Champion (CH3).
James also trains and fights in the UK, including winning professional fights hosted at the prestigious O2 London. During his time training as a professional fighter, at the first gym he attended, they were so impressed by his skill that James was asked to carry out Muay Thai Classes for them himself; after doing this for a while, James decided to step up his training and joined an acclaimed fighters gym, Double K, and train under head Trainer, and 3 times World Champion Kieran Keddle.
Areas Covered
