    Hi,
    I would like to know what kit do you use for the home and outdoor training? I usually train with heavy free weights so not sure what I could substitute them with outside of the gym.

    the only thing being that I start work VERY early, would any of your trainers be interested in coaching at …….. 5 am, sorry very early i know….
