Having expanded a bit since 1999 HomeHealth Fitness now offer a number of services including: Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga and Martial Arts, all available for adults and chrildren. All can be either at home, work or in the nearest convenient park or open space from you.

We provide qualified personal trainers across London and the South East. We specialise in home visits thus making exercise convenient for you.
One to one or small group sessions are provided when and where it suits you best, making you much more likely to exercise, and exercise well. Our trainers design personalised programmes specifically tailored to meet your goals. They are then totally dedicated to helping you reach them.

We have a team of fully qualified and experienced pilates instructors across London and the South East.
Pilates is a fantastic system for improving muscle tone, body alignment and for injury prevention or rehabilitation. HomeHealth Fitness have long recognised the value of Pilates as an essential part of not only any health regime but also its benefits to injury rehabilitation. We therefore have a number of Pilates experts who can provide one-to-one or small group Pilates sessions in London, at home, your place of work or in the park.
Pilates is useful as a treatment for various injuries, including the most common one that we deal with, the dreaded back injury. One of our pilates instructors is a qualified nurse and became an instructor after experiencing the benefits of Pilates herself.

Self Defence, Boxing and Martial Arts at home, work or in a park in London
HomeHealth Fitness provide Martial arts, Boxing and Self-Defence. The aim is for the sessions to be as convenient as possible; you choose the location. Small group sessions at work are popular.
This form of exercise is a great way to get fit, lose weight, learn a great skill and have fun doing it.
Above all, the sessions are tailored to your goals and experience (although no experience is necessary). They will be made fun and interesting as well as informative. Our specialists will be there throughout to help and support you at all times.
