HomeHealth Fitness are currently offering a free fitness consultation just to show how we can help you. The consultation is completely free, and you have no obligation to subscribe to any HomeHealth Fitness products or services.

Our prices then start from just £30+vat per hour for outside the M25 and £40+vat for London and inside the M25.

We have a buddy discount where you can share sessions between up to of 4 people and divide the cost. This gives you sessions from as little as £10.50 per hour.

To make life easier we now take payments instantly over the phone by Debit or Credit cards.

    Hello, unfortunately we provide Pilates to clients but don’t do any teacher training. I suggest the Pilates Institute.
