Unable to run this morning due to heavy rain it was a warm up on the treadmill followed by intense exercises on the powerplate! Michael showed no sympathy at all to my constant complaining that I ached-no worries as I got my own back. Feel much better for the session as usual puts me in a positive mode for the rest of the day.

Blog’s: A good idea?

With the website being fairly new its had a few teething problems but all under control now. Convincing a couple of clients to do ‘client blogs’ has been my task this week. I’m still not totally sure its a great idea but we will try it anyway. It should be quite fun and good for prospective new clients to have some informal talk about personal training etc. Although, having spoken to one of my clients, they seem to think it will be a good way to get me to be …
