As mentioned a while ago a couple clients have decided they want to power walk a marathon. Training began a while ago but for various reasons has not been as intensive as necessary. Today that all changes with an up the anti 2 hour very brisk walk in the sun. On the day the walk will consist of a lap of the Tunbridge Wells Circular Walk (27 miles) on the 26th of June, as close to the longest day as we could get.
