Information: Mariah has come to London from America with a remarkable dancing background. She became interested in Pilates as a treatment for her various dancing injuries and has since completed an injury related Pilates course. Having completed thousands of hours in the States, she is a huge asset to our home visit team. Also a quailified Ballet instructor, she has so much teaching experience she makes excellent Pilates technique easily attainable for all.
