Martial arts in their various forms have been around for centuries, only more recently have they become known to the wider public as a very effective form of exercise. They are fun, interesting and as well as exercising you learn a form of self defence. This combined with potential weight loss dramatically boosted self confidence and general well being. We have seen that when applied correctly Martial Arts are a great form a stress relief for our clients and they benefited greatly from them.
