Fruit for lunch and early dinner = weight loss
Having tried many diet variations for people over the years this one has proved both sustainable and effective when combined with very regular exercise (5 times per week). Vital to the diet is a decent healthy breakfast which can consist of porridge, muesli, scrambled egg and baked beans on toast or oats. This should be consumed no later than 9am. For lunch lots of fruit, the type is of your choice but only 1 banana, the fruit should be eaten regularly between 12 noon and 2pm, and can include a small handful of raisins. Finally an early dinner or evening meal, to be eaten no later than 6pm. Generally low in fat and high in protein with a small amount of carbohydrate. For example, Steamed fish and veg, Stir fry with minimal noodles, bulked out salads with plenty of peppers, carrot and other filling veg etc. Drinks should be either mint or green tea, water or fruit juice. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Good luck.
