Loosing weight successfully is a combination of diet and health. Below are 5 guaranteed ways to east and healthy weight loss. They are very simple, easy to fit into your busy day, often over looked and don’t need complicated nutrition or diet plans.
1. Increase your heart rate above 100 beats per minute each day for 45 minutes.
2. Complete at least 15 minutes of resisitance exercise per day.
3. Reduce your daily fat intake to 40-50 grams.
4. Reduce food portion size by half and eat more slowly.
