I thought after adding a ‘try yoga’ posting to the website that I should perhaps try yoga out for myself. So deeply sceptical of such perceived spiritual type form of exercise I gave it a go. I went with one of our trainers, Frances, out onto Clapham Common to do a one to one session and made myself keep an open mind.
