Strength and conditioning for golf

I have recently been doing some core stability based strength and conditioning work for an un-nameable pro golfer that has greatly improved his performance by increasing balance during what is a vigorous swing. Core stability exercises mostly completed using a fitball were used and the exercises were completed slowly for 1 minute repetitions. Emailed newsletters, Good idea? or pain in the bum?

So with every time I give out my email address either to purchase something online or even to buy things in shops I get an ‘e newsletter’ or something similar from that company. I gather this is called follow up or follow on marketing. The question is do I do this to my current clients and/or enquiries?
