In the name of motivation a client of ours has decided to go public on his weight loss story come success or indeed failure. He has committed a year of his life, current age 60 or so, in order to prolong it in the long term. After some rigorous medical screening and a nutritional overhaul we are ready to start. I contacted Michael exactly a year ago listing my goals, of which there were many: lose weight, tone up, improve my bad back, improve flexibility etc etc. He laughed, sighed knowingly and was very helpful detailing exactly what they could offer to help me. Is it really worth it? I thought so and think so hence taking the time and making the effort to set one up (everyone else seems to have one). I am learning (slowly) that its a good thing to be ‘liked’ by as many people as possible as it increases your exposure on other peoples pages. So more people see your business name, visit your site, turn into clients etc etc. Thats the theory anyway. I’m only fairly recently embarking on this journey. Does anyone have any advice?
