In other words we help devise exercises that aid the client in performing certain movements, for example, a bowler in cricket; or more specifically, small broken down sections of his bowling action are worked on individually.

Warming up is an essential part of any training session. Before stretching it is always necessary to slightly increase blood flow to the muscle with a brisk walk for 3-4 minutes as stretching cold muscles can lead to muscle strains. Then do some thorough stretches holding each for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Having completed your session a cool down is also important, so repeat the same or similer stretches. This will help to avoid and muscles sorness post-exercise.

Team building is something that HomeHealth Fitness are very enthusiastic about. The various instructors although all working under HomeHealth don’t really ever see each other that much. Due to this, although the instructors interact with the clients every day, in terms of co-workers it’s a fairly solitary job.
