HomeHealth Fitness design a personalised exercise strategy where the repetitive performance of movement patterns improve an individual’s performance of a specific daily or regular activity. In other words we help devise exercises that aid the client in performing certain movements, for example, a bowler in cricket; or more specifically, small broken down sections of his bowling action are worked on individually.
