As a result I&#8217;ve been training hard to make sure I&#8217;m as fit and strong as possible so I can really make the most of the daylight (and night-time) hours. To summarize, it was tricky, especially if you eat in the car regularly as you race between appointments. On one such occasion, yogurt was on the menu, not the drinkable type either (not sure what I was thinking buying it in the first place), needless to say with most of it dropped on an unfortunate area of my tracksuit bottoms, due impart to traffic and impart to the impossibility of it, I realised the whole thing would not be easy. Some meals, lunch for example with time to plan and prepare were OK. The problem is I really like bread and pasta and don&#8217;t need not to eat it and that tortured me for the duration. I made it to 12 days, where it all went wrong when I ordered a lovely soup, which came with big chunks of fresh bread. It wasn&#8217;t until near the end that I remembered I was wheat free, WAS. I now am much more sympathetic to those on such diets and intend to watch carefully for such traps in the future.</p>
