It has been a fun week not much personal training, just trying to stay on my feet, had a few hard core clients that’s was to do a bit of cold weather training, so we went on a few snow hikes around the commons, hope to warm up next week or think I’m going to get some snow chains for my trainers. Personal Training in London’s parks has never been so dangerous. Wish me luck…

Had a training day last Friday. All the trainers met up for the afternoon at London South Bank Uni. I had to run our trainers through a few swiss ball exercises and also through some taekwondo techniques. That was the easy part. One of our lovely pilates girls did a yoga and pilates session with all of us, that was not so easy, my stomach muscles are still hurting now! Hello, I have just got back from my honeymoon in Thailand, had an amazing
time with my new wife, but all back to work now. I’ve got slight jet lag, but
I’m finding with all the training that I’m doing with my clients it keeps
me on top of it. Being outside for most of the day running and boxing, keeps me feeling fresh. If I was stuck in an office I would probably be asleep at my desk, so exercise really does work in more ways than one!
That’s all for now, James.
