Stuck in the USA

Stuck in the USA, I wish. I’ve just got back from my Easter holiday, luckily or unluckily, I did not get stuck out in the USA. However, having two weeks off from fitness training has meant that doing a full day of personal training in and around South London on Monday was a massive wake-up call. Its been a while, sorry

Sorry for the delayed on the blogs, I’ve been mega busy. Just bought a house which needs loads of work and am having the normal trouble with contractors. For a start I don’t want to pay their stupid prices, so have got mates to do it, saved money but have to fit around them. The joy of it all. Trainings been going well, picked up a couple of lovely new clients and enjoying the weather. Update you soon. James.

Sport for Kids…

This is week I’m not just doing PT, I have been working with school nurses on a project on how to get over weight kids in to playing sport. We have been working on fun but active games and also how to get the parents involved with the kids training, it has been very fun but hard work. I will be travelling around South London giving talks and work shops on ways to get every kid in school  playing sport and exercise, bit like Jamie Oliver in the gym.

Boxing and Kicking

The rain is here to stay, that means lots of my clients don’t want to go out side. We can still train as hard inside, and all we need is some boxing gloves. This week is a boxing and kicking week, so get ready for some Ali and Jackie Chan moves all in your own front room, let’s hope we don’t break the best china!!!

Half term fun…

Half term this week, that means, the kids are around. So this week I will be doing lots of training based around games that our clients and kids can do together, its something different for the client and fun for the kids. I normally only see the kids around the school holidays, so I set challenge for them over the school term, so by the next time I see them they are a fitter than last time. Let’s see if they have done there gym home work?
