All finished now which has given me the chance to get typing once again. A couple of new clients from Michael lately, all going well and seeing the results they wanted, one weight loss the other weight gain which is a bit different. The personal training is going well in general, not at all sure what to make of this stupid park charges thing, how they intend to police it I’ve no idea. Time will tell. Let me know your thoughts. James

The best thing about being a personal trainer for HomeHealth Fitness is the option we have of training outside. London has some of the best parks in the world and they are great to train in. With the mini heat wave we’ve just had its been great fun. This week I have been running all over Hyde Park, doing push ups along the River Thames, boxing in Battersea Park and running over Putney Bridge as the sun sets.
I have not been on my blog much over the past week, the reason for this is that I have just bought a house. I now realise that I should have done D.I.Y at university, and not sport science. I have had a few accidents in my new house, but have got on top of it now and finally know the diffence between a flat head and a boss. I will let you know next week how the knocking down of the wall goes.
