I’ve lost 3.3 pounds (1.5kg) this week and I’m utterly chuffed!
Another great week of work-out with Michael with our Thursday session outside in the sunshine. Cue, sun lotions (mine not his), sunglasses (guilty as charged) and ample opportunities for Michael to take the mickey – pun intended:-)

Apologies for neglecting my blog, I have been away on holiday.
As anyone who’s been following my weight loss journey might know, I only have to look at carbs to immediately gain ridiculous weight! So imagine being on holiday for just over two weeks, where all foods, drinks, snacks etc are included!
Usually, I come back from holiday even when I’ve been fairly good with about 11 pounds weight gain which to be fair will usually disappear within a week or at the most 2 weeks. This time, I set myself a challenge …

I have lost 8.14 pounds (3.7kg) in just under the 8 weeks that I’ve been training with Michael. OK, that might not sound super impressive on paper, but given my metabolic resistance issues, I can definitely live with that!
I am also adult enough to realise that when it comes to weight-loss, the slower the better (just please don’t grid to a halt!) being human, of course I want quicker results.
I am now less than two pounds from hitting a total weight loss of 5 stones. I can’t wait!
