Friday 4th June 2010, beautiful morning for training

Yet another beautiful morning and Friday is more than welcome. As it is the end of a long and demanding week, I am sort of in a wind down kind of mode. I want to train but not too hard as I think I deserve an easy day today. I entertained nine guests yesterday and I over ate so I do feel quite sluggish.
My trainer Mr White of course had other ideas and was so full of energy at 7.50 a.m it was a little irritating. Whilst I am  on the subject of …

Perfect weather for a run, Wednesday 2nd June 2010

It was a wet cold and depressing Bank Holiday weekend so when the scruffy weather presenter on the breakfast show promised some sunshine today it lifted my spirits and then Michael arrived. Today both  energy  & enthusiasim  totally lacking  I made the decision to soldier on …

I decided to have one of my healthy ginger chews bought from the Health Food Store. Being a generous sort of person I of course offered one to Michael and most people know Michael never turns down anything free. Only this time he was not impressed at all I think this did not help his frame of mind or my training session-apparently …

Wed 28th April

Having had a fairly long break due to my husbands illness it actually felt really good to be back training. I managed a couple of sessions with Michael last week that proved to be beneficial both mentally and physically. Today was a particularly good session and the sun was shining which is always a bonus.
Our usual jog to the park and we then spent some time interval training and  jogged back at a reasonably quick pace. Michael decided on a little boxing which I find helps relieve tension and Ivery much enjoy it. …
