As the title suggests I have designed some specialist cricket exercises, these are based around core stability and use of the fitball. I have tried a tested these exercises and made them very specific for cricket, both at professional level and amateur. Most involve advanced fitball exercises incorporating shoulder rotation for the bowlers, trunk rotation for the batsmen and very difficult catching drill for the wicket keepers (though they overlap to help all aspects of the game).
