Pre-Training Day
Hello, today we have the HomeHealth Fitness training day and post training Christmas party. I am very much looking forward to it. Its always good fun when we all get together. 1st up today we all do 30 minutes of Yoga. Its very interesting watching us personal trainers attempting this with great difficulty. Elka has the challenge of teaching us, good luck to her. I will then do some advanced Fitball moves whilst James take some more basic ones. Then James will do some martial arts routines for us to learn. These are great for cardio sessions indoors when the weather is bad. I will then do some medicine ball exercises and we will finish with some Pilates. It will be hard work but then we need to earn a few beers for later in the evening. I”ll let you know how it all goes on Monday.
