New trainer development

14 April 2010 264 views No Comment

Its been a good week so far. I’ve been working hard on getting a new trainer over in East London to cover both there and Essex. These things have to be done thoroughly and though I get many CV’s, choosing the most suitable ones is always the hardest part. Communication is the key, they must be good communicators and be able to adapt the skills in this to the differing moods of the clients. Their knowledge is also vital and after a first interview which is an informal chat they have the much harder second one. This involves them training me far an hour as a test of both coping with a bit of pressure and also of their session content relevant to the goals I give them as mine. All went well, and the right person will be getting the job.
