I’ve had a nice morning this morning the sun has been shining, just, and although fresh it was just nice for a run in the park with my lovely client JV. She was in top form this morning scampering along nicely. Until we got back to the house that is, where she discovered that her doting husband RV had not unlocked the door to let us in. He was in trouble, which is fairly normal (anyone married can attest to this). Anyway inside we raced through some quite tricky exercises and that was that, excellent. RV trains straight after her and was in top form himself, a very famous DJ and very popular with his fans, he was very keen on some plyometric tummy exercises (involving throwing the medicine ball) this morning. There was a minor scare when the ball was dropped, very near an expensive television, but more perilously still, right next to some of JV’s pot plants. With a sigh of relief, we cooled down with some stretches and everyone was happy, ish.
