The cricket seasons starting very late for me this year, in fact the latest I’ve started in 20 years of playing. This is not due to injury or not being selected for the team or anything, but all because we have a second baby due today. Thus my first fixture is not until Wedneday the 5th of May, oh the stress, what if he’s late? what if I’m batting when the phone call comes? (like my uncle was when my cousin Tom was being born). Should I really be so concerned about the game, I guess all but a few die hard cricketers would say no. Anyway, all is well work wise, steady enquiries, happy clients.
