Having had a great Christmas, although slightly unhealthy regarding both food and beer consumption, I, with a couple of my clients are having a detox January. Went to Poland over the New Year for a wedding, which was fantastic if a little cold. Vodka was the order of the day, they love it over there, but I hate the stuff.
