Busy week, everyone wants to train after the new year, so I’m busy busy, all the snow has gone but the cold is staying, so my clients have been doing lots of running, so I can keep warm. I have also been getting all my new training gear for the new year in the sales. There are some good bargains out there, so get shopping.
