The best thing about being a personal trainer for HomeHealth Fitness is the option we have of training outside. London has some of the best parks in the world and they are great to train in. With the mini heat wave we’ve just had its been great fun. This week I have been running all over Hyde Park, doing push ups along the River Thames, boxing in Battersea Park and running over Putney Bridge as the sun sets. The best thing is that I get to wear shorts and ’T’ shirt to the office!
