Mini-goal
I stayed the same weight last week but I’m OK. I had a great long Easter weekend, complete with hour plus work-out on my own on Good Friday and Easter Monday. I even managed to enjoy some Easter chocolates without guilt or more importantly, gaining weight.
This has been a great week with both food and exercises. I had probably my best session with Michael yesterday, and boy, did he work me hard! We started with 10 minutes cycling, endless bouts of boxing followed immediately with band exercises that hurt like hell. I think that was the closest he has come to making me cry! Sorry Michael, you must try harder!!! Following our boxing sessions, we did various floor exercises with the fitball, and ended with 5 minutes on the Top XT, followed by stretches.
I feel my body getting stronger and fitter every day and it’s a good feeling.
We’ve set a mini weight loss goal, and I hope that tomorrow, I can report some good news on the scales.
