Finding my Mojo
I’m having one of those weeks where a combination of late nights, early starts (not helped by the clock going forward) and female hormones, have wrecked havoc on me. I’ve struggled through my 5 days of exercises. All I’ve wanted to do this week is simply lie in bed and rest, unfortunately life doesn’t really allow that!
I was kind of pathetic with my training with Michael yesterday. The day before, I needed all my motivation to exercise on my own, but when I did, I had a great work-out. Same as today, but once again, I had a great work-out once I dragged myself to my gym.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday. I’m looking forward to my rest day!
