Having had a fairly long break due to my husbands illness it actually felt really good to be back training. I managed a couple of sessions with Michael last week that proved to be beneficial both mentally and physically. Today was a particularly good session and the sun was shining which is always a bonus.
Our usual jog to the park and we then spent some time interval training and jogged back at a reasonably quick pace. Michael decided on a little boxing which I find helps relieve tension and Ivery much enjoy it. We seem to be spending an awful lot of time balancing things on the fitness ball which I suspend in mid air using my legs. The task is to balance a bottle of half empty mineral water and NOT to let the water move !! Michael insists this is possible mmm! I am contemplating freezing the water. Does that sound like a good idea? please comment.
