After two weeks in the Greek Mountains lazing around a pool and surviving on chicken, salad and Tattinger of course I am so very glad to be back training. Although my holiday has left me with a severe bout of lethargy which I just can not shake off !
It has been a very tough week trying my best to get back to my previous fitness level and I admit I am struggling. I have gained a few pounds which does not help and I put that down entirely to the feta cheese of course. We have more or less stuck to the same routine as we had before the hols to ease me back in which makes things even more worrying. I am just hoping by next week I will be in full swing and the weight starts to come off.
