Time just seems to fly past and Michael drops the odd hint that my blogs are not up to date – here is my attempt to rectify that. Last week proved to be a good week and I felt I was back to my pre-injury fitness level. We had a great day Friday (which sometimes can be quite difficult if you wake up with that start of the weekend feeling). Quite a long run in the park with added exercises that I must say look a lot like a Monty Python funny walk sketch, or emulating that currently omni-present famous footballers exercise routine. But I enjoyed it and felt really good for it. So a real positive for my sessions last week !

The weekend proved to be quite wearing and did not feel at my best this morning. It was extremely cold but the sun was shining. Almost immediately my heart rate seemed quite high so we had to keep a very close check on that as I did not feel tip top anyway. We still managed a fairly good run and the heart rate seemed to return to its normal level. For the fourth or fifth time during the run Micheal asked for a reading which had indeed gone to my normal level – then I happened to look down and spotted a dead mouse at which time I gave a shriek as one does and clutched my hands to my chest, I hate mice!  Micheal was not amused as he was so focused on my heart rate he thought I was in some sort of difficulty! For some reason Michael could not see the funny side? He had no time to stop even though I had a fit of the giggles, back to the house to finish off with some weights  and fitness ball exercises. Another good session and 10/10 for amusement! Poor Michael think he drew the short straw with me.

I thought you were having a heart attack. Thank god I was a bit sluggish with the resuscitation. Nightmare, why do I get all the difficult clients?
