Feeling a bit disappointed as icy pavements did not allow much of a run today. Managed to run for a while on the frozen grass in the park but not a great amount .We also spent more time outside which cut down on the inside exercises. Think I may invest in a giant blow torch and get Michael to run infront of me -melting the ice as he goes. Then again he is full of hot air anyhow.
