Very cold but sunny-not too sure about outdoor pursuits this morning especially as can not find my gloves! Really worried about Michael as he offered to lend me his gloves, either he is in an especially good mood as its Friday or he is softening he normally tells me its not cold at all ! Good run worth the effort .Finished off with fitness ball and crunchies. Looking forward to weekend of relaxation and indulgence.
