Last week was a short week after a long weekend. Today I was looking forward to a long run then a good half an hour inside. We achieved a really good run and managed to ignore the flurry of snow and much lower temperature. Also a really good session with the medicine ball. Just hoping the snow stays at bay and we can get back into full swing. Roll on the spring when weather will be much brighter and we can spend more time training outside.
The Deltoid Muscle is a large triangular muscle covering the shoulder joint and serving to abduct and flex and extend and rotate the arm. This muscle has three parts, anterior deltoid muscle (the front), medial deltoid muscle (the middle), and posterior deltoid muscle (the rear). Often trained using exercises such as front/side raises and shoulder presses.
With all the new clients that HomeHealth have got, and my existing clients wanting to train more, I’m finding it hard to work out my-self. So, although I’m yet to give them the good news, for this next month 3 lucky or unlucky clients are going to get to train with me at my tempo. Its going to be fun but really hard for the both of us, let’s hope they are up for the Challenge.
Had a great time, skied a lot, drank a lot and slept too little. Fantastic 4 days or so. Really enjoyed the break from healthy living. Having said that skiing hard all day does burn plenty of calories so if ever you can vaguely justify an excessive break its on a hard activity break like that. I was looking through my client list and session plans today and it got me thinking about how varied my day is. From 5.30am- 9.30pm everyday I could be running, boxing, kickboxing, swimming or taking ski fit and core stability classes and in so many different environments.
