Fruit for lunch and early dinner = weight loss

Having tried many diet variations for people over the years this one has proved both sustainable and effective when combined with very regular exercise (5 times per week). Vital to the diet is a decent healthy breakfast which can consist of porridge, muesli, scrambled egg and baked beans on toast or oats. This should be consumed no later than 9am. Not Trained for A While, Monday 23rd August to Friday 27th

Having not trained for a while due mainly to family illness and bereavements, I was, believe it or not, looking forward to Michael returning from his holiday. Glorious Monday morning running in the rain
