Having tried many diet variations for people over the years this one has proved both sustainable and effective when combined with very regular exercise (5 times per week). Vital to the diet is a decent healthy breakfast which can consist of porridge, muesli, scrambled egg and baked beans on toast or oats. This should be consumed no later than 9am.
